I’ve tried other ‘greens’ drinks & haven’t found any that I could tolerate, so of course I was skeptical. Firstly it’s very green, but smells chocolatey & when mixed with soy milk (my preference) I really like it!
I was surprised, but for me, the flavour of the greens is hardly noticeable. It has a pleasant chocolate taste, not at all powdery & I actually look forward to it daily. I’ve also used Greens Plus as a ‘go to’ when I’ve been feeling like I’m about to get sick with the flu or bronchitis. I woke up with a sore throat one morning, had a greens drink in the am & pm, 2 days later after doing that, felt fine. I never got sick.
It’s something that I now have everyday & I know I’m getting good nutrition in that one drink. I love it! Give it a try!
