We offer Delivery Australia Wide with Free Standard Shipping on orders over $90.

We'll select the most cost-effective shipping option for your parcel.
Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
- Available for business or residential addresses only.
- If you place your order before 10 a.m. on a weekday, we'll pack it the same day for collection by our carrier.
- If a carrier is unavailable for same-day collection, it may be picked up the following business day.
- We'll send you tracking information to monitor your order's progress.
Orders are dispatched from our factory in Brisbane.
Australia Post Regular Post (For Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes)
- Flat rate $14.99
- If a free shipping option is selected for a Parcel Locker or PO Box delivery, we will contact you for a residential/business address or send a separate invoice for shipping, which may delay dispatch.
Express Shipping - Australia Post Express Post
- From $24.99 (if available it will be calculated based on weight at checkout)
- Available for Parcel Lockers and PO Box deliveries.
- Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a weekday will be scheduled for pickup the following business day, resulting in a one-day delay.
Important Shipping Notes
- Processing Times: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (no processing on weekends or public holidays). High order volumes may result in shipping delays.
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your order.
- Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs and charge a 20% restocking fee. Any shortfall in shipping will be invoiced.
